Delanie Fischer is a comedian, writer, and producer who has been featured on NBC’s Last Call with Carson Daly and was a series regular on FOX’s Laughs. Fischer appeared in and co-wrote Lifetime’s Bad Tutor (2018) and currently co-hosts the Self-Helpless podcast with fellow comedians Taylor Tomlinson and Kelsey Cook, which frequents the top iTunes charts. Her other TV appearances include FOX’s Punchline, Hulu’s Stand Up and Deliver, Lifetime’s Prank My Mom, VH1’s Walk of Shame Shuttle, and WEtv’s Bye Felicia.
Delanie started doing stand-up at UC Santa Barbara’s Laughology and co-produced and co-hosted The Nine Drink Minimum, which quickly became one of the most popular live shows in Los Angeles. A graduate of The Second City Conservatory and UCB Improv, Fischer co-created, co-produced, and co-starred in the improvised web series nominated for best comedic ensemble at LA Webfest, Two Inches Apart.
Delanie performs nationally and internationally at clubs, colleges, festivals, theatres, and military events. Formerly a creative consultant on a Nickelodeon TV show now in its third season, she is currently co-producing a docu-comedy that she wrote and stars in, set to release in fall of 2018.
Despite these accomplishments, Delanie’s mother is disappointed that she hasn’t given her grandchildren, and is currently seeking them elsewhere.
